Vincent is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in communications, business management, and property management. Born in Taipei, Taiwan, he holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Simon Fraser University (SFU) and an MBA in General Business Management from Vancouver Island University, where he wrote his thesis on Knowledge Management.

Vincent’s career spans multiple industries, including broadcasting, TV production, logistics, and warehouse management. However, his true expertise and passion lies in the field of real estate, where he has built a career in rental property management over the last 14 years. Beginning his career in real estate in year 2011 as a strata manager, Vincent later then made the strategic decision to specialize in residential rental property management. His experience includes working with a mid-sized management company in Vancouver when he first started his career as well as a North Vancouver based firm specializing in high-end luxury homes where he had the privilege to provide premium services to TV, movie production companies and celebrities. He has gained his extensive skills in client services through that experience.

Before founding V & H Realty Inc., Vincent helped managing over 700 rental units for a major developer in the Lower Mainland, further honing his skills and understanding of premium service. Fluent in Mandarin and English, with a fair understanding of Cantonese, Vincent emphasizes the importance of building strong relationships with both tenants and property owners, ensuring positive experiences for all parties involved. His dedication to excellence and service has made him a trusted professional in the property management industry.
